Baked Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 heads of broccoli, florets only
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper to taste and add to skillet. Saute for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
