Grilled Turkey Zucchini Boats
First up, we have these yummy grilled turkey zucchini boats. Here's what you'll need:
- 4 zucchinis
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop the seeds out with a spoon. Set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until it starts to brown.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper and continue to cook until the vegetables soften.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
