Beef Casserole with Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni (about 1 1/2 cups dry)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the tomatoes, soup, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine the beef mixture, cooked macaroni, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked ground beef, cooked macaroni, and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted on top.
